Volume of early 19th-century Italian popular songs with piano accompaniment, all except one anonymous. Professionally copied, mainly by the Roman firm of Alessandro Caverni in 1836 (date on spine). The label on the upper board, 'Ritornelli romani e neapolitani' refers to the main contents of the volume (fols. 5-42v); the two Venetian songs on fols. 1-4, are on smaller size paper and in a different hand, and were evidently bound in later.

b (fols. 3-4) 'Canzonetta veneziana: Ti lo vedi Cate mia, del Sr. Gi[ovanni] B[a]tt[ist]a Perucchini, con accomp[agnamen]to di pianoforte';

c (fols. 5-33v) 'Ritornelli romani, con accompagnamento di piano forte. Roma nel negozio di corde armoniche, e musica [Alessandro Caverni] in Piazza di Spagna No. 65':
