On no. 27809 is 'This & another volume of the Summons ... were given to the Bodleian Library by the Revd Mr. Joseph Sandford, B.D., Fellow of Balliol College, but upon the express Condition that he should during his life have the use of them at his own Room whenever he should want them. [Mar. 2] 1750/1. Hum. Owen, Protobibl.'
