Biographical / Historical

Evelyn Sharp (1869-1955) was an author, journalist and suffragette. Her husband was Henry Wood Nevinson (1856-1941), essayist, philanthropist and journalist. Details are given in the Dictionary of National Biography.

The papers were bequeathed to the Library by Joan A. Sharp in 1969.
