Copies or abstracts of a large number of leases, wills, and other documents connected with certain properties in the parish of Edmonton, from the 17th cent. to 1833. The original owner seems to have been Elizabeth Howard and the last William Mallalieu, who in 1834 prepared a lease of the properties to George Corker of Edmonton.

Most of the documents seem to have been transcribed at length to obtain a lawyer's opinion as to the title, and include several Views of Frank Pledge of the manor. There is mention of lands at Tottenham, St. Mary at Axe in London, and elsewhere.
