Forty-four sheets bearing inscriptions
Forty-four sheets bearing inscriptions, supposed to be found in 1750-73 in Granada, the ancient Illiberis: the script in general is 'Iberian', and almost all seem to be contained in Monumentos descubiertos en la antiqua Illiberia (Granada, before 1761, folio), but they are known to be forgeries made by Lorenzo Maria under the direction of Juan de Flores Oddouz, who published them as above. The sheets may be in the hand of the former, but fol. 28 bears 'Luque Faciebat.' At fol. 61 follow some proofs of engraved alphabets, inscriptions, etc.
