'A Narrative of some Transactions in the Chapter of Salisbury between ... 1771 & 1789, with letters & papers ... and an expostulatory Address to the ... Bishop of Salisbury, by Wm Bowles Esqr of Heale in Wiltshire', about elections of canons residentiary.

A letter to the bishop printed by Bowles in 1790 announces the speedy publication of this Narrative, but it does not seem to have been actually issued.
