A fine copy of (John Coker's) Survey of Dorset (printed in 1732), but with omissions of some quoted passages and arms. Some pedigrees are added (e.g. foll. 40v, 42v, 47), perhaps about A.D. 1650, and there are later corrections, additions, and index. The original is written on alternate versos with the opposite recto.

'Jno Price', 'J. Price Jes. Coll. Ox.' Bodley's Librarian (d. 1813) who owned the book in 1796, and who has also written 'I desire this MS. may be placed with Mr. Gough's Books when brought to the Bodleian Library, J. P.', so the volume may have come about 1813.
