On pp. 456-458 is an index of pp. 289-449. The source of anthems is indicated in the text from pp. 289-359, and after that in some cases only in the index: Dr. C. is Dr. Croft; J. Bar. - Mr. Barret: (Psalm of Thanksgiving, printed in 1706); and T. W. - Thomas Wanless. The chants on pp. 77-79 were a later addition and were not indexed.

No printed source is known for the following:
