'Custumarium omnium maneriorum et terrarum Episcopatui Wintoniensi pertinentium, collectum ... ex mandato Caroli Mountagu militis seneschalli episcopatus predicti in anno Domini 1617, et postea revisum ... 1644', with a table of contents. The table shows that a few supplementary papers are now wanting.

There are official notes that the volume was produced in two Chancery suits in 1752 and 1803.
