16 leaves in 2 gatherings: 1 (14), 2 (2). Ruled throughout, 12 staves to a page, no marginal ruling. Watermarks: Coat of Arms, somewhat resembling Heawood 430, no initials; the two last leaves are Pool's Cap, somewhat resembling Heawood 2009, and initial H'. Binding: canvas covered with marbled paper. 'O' in white, 'Organo' in black, on front cover.
