A Martyrology, based on and abbreviated from the work of Usuardus, with six prefatory pieces, the last of which explains the lunar tables prefixed to each day.

At fol. 92 'Istud martirologium scribi fecit et disposuit humilis et inutilis frater Henricus de Bercka ordinis Minorum de obseruancia, immeritus gardianus pro illo tempore conuentus in Hammone [Hamm in Westphalia] pro vsu huius loci. Et idem ... solicitauit consensum domine terre et tocius capituli pro conseruatione huius capelle ... quapropter petit... rectori huius domus et socio suo & vniuersis deuotis sororibus ... haberi commendatus', about A.D. 1500.
