This has been printed, from Harleian MS. 288, in the Camden Miscellany, vol. i, 1847, except for the portion Sept. 5-Oct 2, which occurs only in this MS. (at fol. 5V) and has been printed from it in the English Historical Review, xvii (1902), p. 527.
