A Latin diploma whereby the University of Oxford, assembled in Convocation, confers the degree of master of arts in that University upon dr. Adolf Neubauer, dated Feb. 18, 1873. Attached by a blue ribbon is the official seal of the University in red wax, 3 1/4 × 2 in., enclosed in a metal box.
