Certificate of extraction of a stone (which is annexed) from Beatrice Shrove 'without incision or cuttinge any parte of her body' by John Hubbert, attested by Thomas Glenne, mayor [of Norwich], May 7, 1593, with the official seal of his mayoralty. In the same box are kept a transcript of the legible clauses of the certificate, a second bladderstone and the fragment of a third.
