- Fol. 38. 'A Tragicall historie of the Apostate Frances Spira diligently collected by Nathanial Bacon', with preface: beg. 'For the trueth of this ensuing relation': the tract was subsequently printed, as stated in a marginal note, in London, 1638
- Fol. 63. 'The life of Sir Thomas Bodley written by himselfe': at fol. 67 is a note of 'the uses assigned by Sir Thos: Bodley in the tripartite indenture' of endowment of the Library, April 20, 1609. Succeeding leaves have been torn out
