A 'Clavis' or explanatory and etymological glossary of the Greek text of the Hero and Leander of Musaeus, following the order of the text, with alphabetical index. The writer derives 'help' from ἐλπίϛ and 'gallant' from ὰγάλλω, and was probably an Oxford man (see p. 111). Some eighteenth century notes and corrections also occur.
