An account of the migrations of the tribes which colonized Ireland, followed (p. 60) by genealogies of their descendants: at end is 'Criochnughadh an chead leabhair anso': a leaf is wanting at the beginning.

Pp. 5-8 (after two lost leaves) contain English notes on Irish pronunciation and contractions. At p. iii is a letter from the rev. C. Plummer about the MS.
