A dissertation 'De Anno et Mense Attico': from passages on p. 40 it would seem to have been composed about A.D. 1654: but a tentative (later) dedication 'ad Regem' (signed 'Arcuarius', i.e. Archer or Bowyer) points to Charles ii: a second form of dedication to a 'vir optimus' follows.
