Coloured drawings and descriptions of one hundred and forty-five English spiders, except that nos. 113-119 are left undescribed. On fol. 77 the date 1713 occurs, and the name Petiver ('Mr. James Petiver' on fol. 5v). Two more spiders are added on fols. 5v, 7v.
