Additions have been made to this volume of 'Basque Miscellanea', consisting of fifteen Basque postcards to mr. E. S. Dodgson, 1891-9, with a few Basque letters and one in English from mr. Dodgson, Feb. 26, 1899 (fol. 34). These now fill fols. 17-40, and fols. 41-52 are one leaf.

Custodial History

All these bear notes by E. S. Dodgson, esq., who presented the first three to the Library in July, 1897, and the fourth on May 25, 1898. Fols. 1-2, 17-56 are blank.

The additions were presented by Mr. Dodgson in Feb., March and May, 1899.

Three letters from Françoise Sommeillant, Mar. 20, Nov. 29, and Dec. 10, 1898, in Basque, were presented by mr. E. S. Dodgson on June 7 and Nov. 18, 1901, and are now fols. 41-42e of MS. Basque e. 5.
