Rubbings or drawings of old inscriptions and figures, with some miscellaneous papers, made or collected, by the rev. Alfred Child, M.A., Exeter college, Oxford: consisting of:

  1. A Hebrew inscription of 1545
  2. Three Egyptian monuments
  3. Six Greek inscriptions, etc.
  4. Twenty-three Latin inscriptions or Roman figures, including the inscription on the triumphal arch at Tripoli (fol. 46), and various figures and drawings (fol. 46), partly from Philæ and Bona (1845)
  5. At fol. 67 follow a few formal papers, chiefly printed, relating to mr. Child's travels in Egypt, Palestine, etc., in 1844-5
