Dominic Louis Serventy (1904-1988), ornithologist. President of the Royal Australasian Ornithologists' Union, 1947–1949, Editor of the journal of the Western Australian Naturalists' Club, 1947-1980.

An obituary was published in Ibis, volume 131, issue 3, Jul 1989.
