Copies of some certificates, passes, petitions, wills, briefs, licenses, surveys, legal forms, etc., forming a kind of register ('D') of papers which came before, or issued from, the Justices of Peace and Assize in Oxfordshire, chiefly written in about 1625-30, but extending in date from 1594 to (in one case) 1640.

They relate chiefly to Eynsham and Standlake and that district. At fol. 21 is an original grant by Peter Yate of Standlake, Dec. 27, 1619, on parchment, once a cover of the volume.
