A literal English translation of some Ossianic poems, with notes by sir William Betham (d. 1853), who has added in some cases a verse translation in pencil. The longer pieces are:

With the armorial bookplate of sir W. Betham. Once MS. Phillipps 13259, having been purchased for that library at the Betham sale in 1854 (lot 143). In the Phillipps sale, Mar. 22, 1895, this was lot 504.
