'Δɩονυσίον Oίκονμένης Περɩήγησɩϛ', with the prose paraphrase inserted at intervals: at fol. 104 is Ευσταθίου διακόνου προ'ϛ το'ν πανσέβαστον Δοῡκα κύριονΊωάννην ἐπιστολη' ἐπι' ταῖϛ Διονυσίου τοῡ Περιηγητοῡ παρεμβολαΐς' μεθ' ήν Προοίμιον εΐς το' πρᾂγμα, και' μετά το' προοίμιον αν'ται' αι' παρεμβολαί', a commentary on the Περιἠγησιϛ: preceded by a Latin index to the commentary.
On fol. 216 is: --'Ετελιώθη το' πάρον βιβλίον τοῡ Διονυσίου διά χειρο'ς ΐερέωϛ Ίακώβον 'Ρίσζον α'πό ὰπο' ἂστεωϛ Σολενιαὓ. ε'τελειώβθη δε' ε'υ μηνι' Δικεμβρι'ῳ, ἡμέρα παρασκενή. ὢρα κ̄τοῡ ετονς τρέχοντος α'πό κόσμον κτίσεως .ζ.κ, ζ. [1519], ὶνδικτὶωνος .ι.ε. ..."
