Draft or copy of a petition to the lord chancellor from the attorney general at the instance of the Churchwardens of Fairford, concerning certain charities bequeathed for the repair of the windows in Fairford Church, and other parochial purposes, by the hon. mrs. Elizabeth Farmer (d. 1705 or 1706).
They passed to mr. Samuel Barker and then to sir Tho. Dewes, but were not paid at the date of the petition, 21 Nov. 1711. The verso of each leaf is written upside down.
