Dr. Carmelo De Lucca (1916-1971), graduating in Medicine from the Royal University of Malta in 1943. Member of the British Ornithologists' Union, British Ornithologists' Club, British Trust for Ornithology and Società ' Italiana di Scienze Naturali. Fellow of the Royal Entomological Society of London and local representative of the Royal Naval Bird Watching Society.
N.C. Wain, Chief Engine Room Artificer, Royal Navy. Member of the Royal Naval Birdwatching Society.
