Biographical / Historical

David Armitage Bannerman (1886-1979) and his wife, Winifred Mary Bannerman (1894-1984), were the authors of Birds of Cyprus (1958), Birds of the Atlantic Islands (1963-1968), Handbook of the Birds of Cyprus and Migrants of the Middle East (1971) and The Birds of the Balearics (1983).
