Biographical / Historical

Humphrey John Moore (1913-1968), poet, schoolmaster and biologist. He studied biology at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, and taught at Dauntsey's School in Wiltshire and Clayesmore School in Dorset. He co-wrote Field Observations on the Birds of Iraq with Charles Boswell, published 1956.
