Biographical / Historical

E.D.H. Johnson was a member of the Council of Jersey Wildlife Preservation Trust, an expert on the birds of Morocco and Algeria, and a contributor to Handbook of the Birds of Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa: The Birds of the Western Palearctic. He also made sound recordings of wildlife across Europe, North Africa and the Indian Subcontinent and took part in several expeditions to remote regions of the world.
