Biographical / Historical
Sir Hugo Frank Marshall was the son of Henry Mieres Marshall and Cecil Mabel Balfour. He married Christine Phyllida Brinckman, daughter of Major Rowland Brinckman and Anna Alexander Cairnes, in 1931. For a fuller biography see Who Was Who.
