An essay on Tides and Currents especially in the western Mediterranean, written by an English officer who resided at Tangier and was intimately acquainted with Gibraltar (foll. 31, 58, 69): beg. 'The most excellent Galileo.' The title on a half destroyed label on the back is 'Mediterranean Influx.'
