'Hulderichus Hispanius, episcopus de Toledo . Ista est Practica sua, & floruit An° Domini 1420 ... Rescriptus fuerat per me an° 1590. 'M.' This is a medical handbook, chiefly precepts and recipes, in Latin as far as fol. 36, and from that point (on the subject of ores) in English.

The fly-leaves and cover are from a Latin theological MS. of the 13th century.
