Letters, chiefly between female members of the Fairfax family, abt. 1630-1671, copied by 'Mary Arthington', in about 1680-1700.
Fourteen are from Dorothy Hutton, née Fairfax (fol. 44v, etc.), twenty-five are from lady Frances Widdrington, née Fairfax, abt. 1630-1648 (fol. iiv, etc.), with pieces connected with her death and funeral in 1649.
(fols. 75-end) are blank.
