A medley of Greek pieces, the chief of which are:

  1. (fol. 1). Homer's Iliad, bks. i-iv. 12, with arguments and glosses, and at fol. 1 'Γένος 'Ομήρου τού ποιητού': beg. 'Όμηρος ό ποιητής υίός μέν ήν κατά τινας.'
  2. (fol. 2). 'Αίσχύλου Προμηθεύς' and (fol. 116) the 'Επτά επί θήβας, the former with some glosses and the argument.
  3. (fol. 147). Maximus Planudes' Greek version of the Sentences of Cato, both monosticha and disticha: pref. beg. ''Αναπολήσας έγώ κατά vούν': at end 'Τέλος τού Κάτωνος.'
  4. (fol. 15 7v). The Ποίημα νονθετικόν attached to the name of Phocylides: at end 'Τελος τών τού Φωκυλίδου έπών.'
  5. (fol. 104v). 'Ώιδάριον κατανυκτικόν, ποίημα κυρίον Λέοντος φιλοσόφου καί βασιλέως: ..: beg. '"Aρα τις γήθεν άείρας': with a few glosses.
  6. (fol. 107v). 'Κεφάλαια μεταληφθέντα έκ τής βίβλου ... ής έπιγραφή Παράδεισος Νείλου μοναχού ήρωελεγεία', with glosses: beg. ''Ανθεμόεις παράδεισος': really by Johannes Geometres.
  7. (fol. 192), 'Τού Γρηγορίου τού θεολόγου γνώμαι τετράστιχοι 'beg. 'Πράξιν προτιμήσειας ': followed by the commentaries of Johannes Zonaras (fol. 199v) and of Nicetas Paphlago (fol. 215v).
  8. (fol. 219). 'Χαρακτήρες έπιστολών διάφοροι': beg. 'Παραινετική aʹ ... Τών πανταχόσε διαφημιζομένων.'
  9. (fol. 239). 'Επιστολικοί χαρακτήρες, forms of letters, ascribed to Proclus Diadochus or Libanius.
  10. (fol. 244). The 'Ακρόστιχα of Johannes Damascenus: beg. 'Εύεπίης μελέεσ[σ]ι', with glosses, followed by other short pieces (fols. 262v, 263, 264, 204v, 268, 269), the last two grammatical.
