'Account of the Antiquities at Mahavellipooram [Mahabalipur, near Madras] by a Bramin [see below] sent thither ... by C. Mackenzie, 1803', including a 'Historical account... compiled from the Statu-Pooranums and the verbal information of the Bramins at Mavellipooram & Patcha Jeertum in May 1803' and a 'Particular List of the Gods, Goddesses ... and other sculptures now remaining ... taken by C. Letchman Bramin in May 1803' (fol. 10v): all copied out, perhaps by C. Mackenzie.
(fols. 23-76) are blank.
The volume reversed contains recommendations made to 'the Board' by members of the Committee of the Madras College (of teachers?) in 1826, with short notes in answer: also some scribbled English verses.
