A valuation (valor) of the diocese of Norwich, no doubt made in 1603 for the new bishop, John Jegon: giving in the case of each church the details of the payments connected with it, the patron and the incumbent in or about 1602-16044, with notes for the use of the bishop or his officers, and additions to about 1618, or later, and an index of parishes.
Fols. iii, 135 are injured, and one leaf is lost after fol. 70.

Custodial History
'The booke of Antho: Harison clerk [and notary public] lent to Mr. Roane the 28 of October 1618': Harison adds a note about a copy of this visitation corrected up to 1617 in the possession of his son. This volume probably belonged to bp. Tanner.
