'Notabilia in 1m [librum] Sententiarum [Petri Lombardi] notata secundum literam [Gulielmi] Durandi [de Sancto Porciano] a ... doctore Philippo Bernedo [Complutensi] et collecta ab eius discipulo fratre Patritio de Petra [Hiberno] in almo Conquensi collegio sachratissimo nomini Ihesu dedicato.'

  1. Similar notes on Durandus' commentary on the 2nd book begin at fol. 135 (dated Nov. 1, 1567), and on the 3rd book at fol. 384
  2. Similar notes, partly indicating the theses or 'Asertiones sacre Theologie habite in collegio ... Ihesu nomini dedicato apud diuum Franciscum Conche ... sub ... Philipo Bernedo ...' in 156 7/8 are at fols. 126, 375
  3. At fol. 450v are 'los precetos de nostra Regula' (Dominican) and other rather later historical notes about England and Ireland, including a copy of a bull from Adrian IV to king Henry ii, A.D. 1156 (text beg. 'Laudabiliter & gloriose': fol. 451v), and of two documents relating to a vacancy in the bishopric of Mayo (undated: fol. 453) for which Diarmid O'Hely alias Patricius de Petra (cf. fol. 381) is recommended
  4. Also a copy (at fol. v) of a letter from D[iarmid?] bishop of Mayo to Gabriel Ferreyra, Oct. 15, 1577
