William James Millar Mackenzie (1909–1996) was a Scottish political scientist.
Sir Kenneth Gilmour Younger (1908–1976) was a Scottish politician and reformer.
Sir Karl Raimund Popper (1902–1994) was an Austrian philosopher.
Richard Morris Titmuss (1907–1973) was a English historian and teacher of social administration.
Ralf Gustav Dahrendorf, Baron Dahrendorf (1929–2009) was a German sociologist, politician, and university administrator.
Aubrey Jones (1911–2003) was a Welsh politician and industrialist.
Humayun Kabir (1906-1969) was an Indian writer and politician.
