On the title-page of the printed work the signature of 'Petrus Delariuey' (Pierre de Larivey), Troyes, 1618, possibly the scribe of the manuscript; on fol. iv, a bookplate with the motto 'Liber Libro', and a pencil note 'Ga.[?] 3. MS. 64' (19th century).
