Biographical / Historical
Lionel Berners Cholmondeley (1858-1945) was an ordained Anglican priest, educator, historian and Rector of St. Barnabas' Church at Ushigome in Shinjuku, Tokyo. He was also chaplain to the British Embassy in Tokyo in the 19th/20th century.
