Fols. 7-9, and the pianoforte part on fols. 9v-19v are holograph in Holst's hand; voice parts on fols. 9v-19v by an amanuensis; prepared for the engraver by a third hand. But part of fol.9v and fo1.10r are corrections in Holst's hand pasted over the original copy.
