Possibly Phillipps MS. 29480; mutilated bookplate of the Fairfax family.

Physical Facet

the manuscript appears to have been inserted at a later date into a 17th-cent. vellum binding bearing a faded inscription 'Booke of the shipps entry ...', at the foot '25', and [Phillipps MS.] 29480(?).
