Biographical / Historical
Francis Baily, 1774-1844, was an English Astronomer. William Frend, 1757-1841, was an English clergyman, social reformer and writer. Augustus De Morgan, 1806-1871, was a English mathematician and logician who was married to writer and activist, Sophia De Morgan. R. Campbell Thompson, 1876-1941, is the grandson of Augustus De Morgan, and a British archaeologist, assyriologist, and cuneiformist.
