Ordinances concerning the ceremonial to be observed in the household of the Earls of Northumberland
Ordinances concerning the ceremonial to be observed in the household of the Earls of Northumberland, early 16th cent., after 16 Henry VII (fol. 15), written in an expert Tudor secretary hand with strap-work initials. Many notes and pen trials of the late 16th cent., all apparently written in the West Riding of Yorkshire, are interspersed among the ordinances. The volume is described in BRL, 8 (1967-72), 93-8.
