Notebook used by four successive owners, Oxford, 17th century:

  1. (fols. 1-25, 77-69 rev.) notes in the first hand, mainly on sermons preached in Oxford, 1625-8
  2. (fols. 25v-8, 66v-52v rev.) notes in the second hand, 1636, n.d., including (fols. 25v-6v) a discourse on Catholicism
  3. (fols. 51v-46v rev.) notes in the third hand including a list of scholars removed by the Parliamentary Visitors, 1648
  4. (fols. 4v, 27, 29v-33v, 52v) notes in the fourth hand, 1697, 1698, n.d., mainly on a funeral sermon. Copies of verse throughout, in Crum.
