Abstract
A set of seven watercolours recording the Weston Library refurbishment project, by artist-in-residence Weimin He.
Biographical / Historical
The New Library of the Bodleian Libraries underwent a significant redevelopment between 2011 and 2014. Following the refurbishnment, the building was renamed the Weston Library in honour of the Garfield Weston Foundation who provided £25 million for the project. Weinmin He, the Univeristy of Oxford's artist-in-residence was asked to document the work and the result were seven watercolour paintings.
