There is also one letter to Jeremy Bentham from Albany Fonblanque, Jan 1829, and letters written after Bowring's death possibly to one of his daughters.

Biographical / Historical
Sir John Bowring (1792-1872) was a politician, diplomatist and writer. He spoke several European languages, travelled in Europe and was political editor of the Westminster Review. He was a Member of Parliament in the 1830s and 1840s and served as Governor of Hong Kong from 1854 to 1859. For further information see the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography.
