Biographical / Historical
Frederick Soddy (1877-1956) was a research chemist and lecturer. He was Dr Lee's Professor of Chemistry at the University of Oxford, 1919-1936. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1921. For further details see the Dictionary of National Biography.
