Biographical / Historical
Austin Marsden Farrer (1904-1968) was educated at St Paul's, London and Balliol College, Oxford. He was ordained a priest in 1929. From 1931 to 1935 he was chaplain and tutor at St. Edmund's Hall, Oxford; from 1935 to 1960 he was a fellow and chaplain of Trinity College, Oxford, and from 1960 to 1968 he was Warden of Keble College, Oxford.
